How The Booking Process Works

The booking process works as follows.

1. We make all reservations at hotels and activities in your name.
2. We will also book your transfer, transportation and driver guide for your requested dates.
3. Once all reservations are confirmed in writing we request a 20% deposit to secure your booking. This is usually after we send you the confirmed itinerary and invoice for your final approval.
4. We require final payment approximately four weeks before arrival. We are flexible on this arrangement and can work with your parties preferred final payment schedule.
5. Once account is finalized we e-mail you all relevant tour documents as required for your tour.
6. Our driver guide will also have a tour pack with documents and more information such as guide books and maps for you.

We require the following to fully confirm your tour.

1. Your confirmed flight arrival and departure information or start and end point and time for your tour.
2. The names of the persons in your party and your room type / sharing order.
3. Lead Clients billing address for your invoice heade
4. Any Special Requirements You have for your tour such as non smoking rooms, medical requirements, accessibility requirements etc.
