Cancellation Policy
- Before 6 weeks - 20% (Deposit) of the package total
- Within 6-4 weeks of departure - 50% of the package total
- Within 4-2 weeks of arrival - 80% of the package total
- Within 2 weeks of arrival - 100% of the package total
Cancellation Insurance
If you wish to apply cancellation insurance to your trip for extra security for peace of mind, we can offer you the following at a very reasonable price.Cancellation insurance is set at 7% which allows you a full refund on the entire amount you have paid minus the cancellation insurance should you need to cancel for any reason up to Three Working Days before your date of arrival.Please note that Cancellation Insurance must be Paid in Full at the time of booking to be valid.

Online Payment Instructions
Our online transactions are secured via Streamline and Realex Payments. All payments are fully secured and encrypted so we never have your credit card details on file one the payment has been processed online. Please follow the simple payment instructions.
1. Please enter the Euro Amount you wish to pay. Our payment portal will charge the amount in Euros only.
2. Please do not enter any punctuation when processing charge. Please enter the Full Euro amount without the cents. For example a charge for €100.00 Euros is simply entered as 100 and this will process correctly.
3. If payment is entered correctly you should receive an authorization number.
4. If you have been Declined this is usually due to your issuing bank refusing the charge. The most common error codes are
Error 101- Refused by Bank - You will need to contact your bank to unblock hold on card. This is a security measure by your bank to prevent online fraud. They will unblock immediately and you can proceed to make payment once they have agreed to allow transaction.
Error 102 - Referred to Bank - Same as Decline as Bank needs to be contacted for approval.
Error 103 - Card Lost or Stolen
Error 2XX - Error with Your Bank Systems
Error 3XX - Error with Realex Payment Systems
Error 501- This transaction Has Already been Processed.
