Thank you again for arranging the most wonderful family holiday. It was such a great experience to visit the places where my mother-in-law always spoke about so fondly. Ireland is such a lovely country and we will be returning. I will never forget the joy in my mother-in-law's face when Christy gave her the copy of her birth certificate and when he found her Dublin home- Venetian Hall! It was so easy dealing with Ireland Chauffeur Travel- Our guide Christy took care of everything- the marvelous hotels, the day excursions, the travel in the comfortable Mercedes coach, even obtaining a wheelchair for my mother-in-law, Christy made sure each of us had a wonderful time. Thank you for all the behind the scene work in putting together this trip for us. We look forward to calling Ireland Chauffeur Travel for our next holiday there.

Just a short note to say a very special thank you for organizing and booking our tour of Ireland. We truly enjoyed all aspects of our holiday with you. We will definately return to explore some of the areas in more detail. David was an excellent driver and guide. He immediately tuned into what we enjoyed and wanted to see in Ireland. We had lots of good conversation and laughs along the way as we explored a new pub everyday for lunch! My best intentions of sending a "proper" thank you through the mail seemed to find daily delay. And so here I am ... sending a most heartfelt thank you for your kindness, understanding, insight, and flexibility ...in an e-mail. The same is extended to Kevin from whom you have acquired the family trait of hospitality. How lucky were Jaimee, Chris, Michael, Christyn, John and I to have you both for our drivers. You tweaked the schedule, accommodated Michael's needs, taught us to make a peat fire, and took us grocery shopping. Are those among the chief tour planner's duties?And the last two days Kevin not only drove us, but gave us seasoned wisdom, memorable stories, and the added charms of Inistioge and Tintern Abbey.You, Kevin, Christy, and Orla made our journey such a delight from beginning to end. We loved the pubs you suggested for lunch and felt like we were being let in on family secrets for just 'the Irish'. And from my family to yours we send our thanks and our very best wishes.

We had a wonderful time in Ireland both times Kevin escorted us. He is a wealth of knowledge and is a real asset to your company. We could not have been treated better.

Dear Shane: I know I speak for my two traveling companions, Holly and Marlene, when I tell you that I doubt we could have had a better time in Ireland than we did with you as our guide. As you know, we were originally planning on doing this trip on our own, but I'm sooooo glad we decided to use Ireland Chauffeur Travel. I thought I had done my "Irish homework" before I left and had put together a pretty interesting itinerary, but I would never have found most of the beautiful vistas, fascinating sights, and off-the-beaten-track gems that you introduced us to -- such as the Blasket Islands Visitor Center, the town of Kenmare, and the many great restaurants -- had it not been for you. Your knowledge, sense of humor, flexibility, professionalism, and enthusiasm exponentially increased our enjoyment of your beautiful country. And I'm pretty sure you also had something to do with the weather, which we fully expected would be dreadful and instead was sunny during our 11-day stay - in October! Truly-it was a marvelous experience from start to finish...and we have you to thank for that.

Thanks for the link to the Falconry at Ashford Castle ( on You Tube). We sent it to our friends in California who have been to Ashford Castle. Shane this is for you, your Mom and Dad and Orla. Thank you for a remarkable Irish holiday. From the "Irish Breakfast" at Merrion Hotel Dublin to the outstanding dinner at Harvey's Point Hotel Donegal; the hospitality your Mom provided at Tea in her B&B in Cashel; to the verbal exchange pertaining to the outcome of the football game when you asked a carriage driver in Muckross House "who will win the game" and his reply "well if I knew that, would I be working here?" Also from the raw beauty of the Cliffs of Moher to the excitement of seeing the "Game" in Foxy John's. I sincerely "thank you" for driving us through your beautiful country.

Would like to take time while all memories are so fresh to tell you that the trip and itinerary you planned for me and my husband, Walter, and our friends, Gwen and Mike, was the BEST. Every detail was calculated to a "T", the inns we stayed in were wonderful, and we could not have had a better time. We had two drivers -- Chris and Trish -- and they were both amazing. Lots of knowledge, and lots of FUN. When Chris had to leave to attend to another trip we were so sad to see him go, but when we met and got to know Trish, we loved her too. I have a distant relative in Westport, County Mayo, and I only had their name and street name -- no house number. Trish said "no problem -- we'll find him" and she did. So much help. We will be back in Ireland in the near future, and we will be using your company again -- no doubt. We saw so much more with you then we would have seen on our own and stayed SAFE. Great. As Trish said in her good-bye to us "Mind Yourself." Same to you, Trish, and Chris. Thanks again.

Hello Kevin, Shane and Orla: Before Jet lag kicks in again this evening I want to write to tell what a stunning time Heather and I had. I haven't seen her since I arrived home... however we've been emailing back and forth regularly. .and the emails usually begin with . ."is it time to go back to Ireland yet." Thank you Kevin, for the history lessons, the stories, the laughter . .( I truly hope we haven't besmirched Ireland Chauffeur travel's excellent reputation . .(:) . . I'm very sure neither of us will soon forget our seven days in the land of Saints and scholars and Kevin . .. We will stay in touch because I know with that mystical Irish way of knowing . .we will be back . ..and about that Thatched cottage in Ballinure . . .
