This was a fabulous trip from beginning to end, including the Cliffs of Moher, Burren National Park, the sheep farm in Leenane, the falconry at Ashford Castle, Slieve League, the walls of Derry, and the tour of Belfast, just to name a few. Our first driver, Siobhan Morrissey, was a wealth of information about forestry and agriculture, which she is currently studying. Glenn in Derry and Rory in Belfast gave us in-depth tours. The incomparable Mary O'Leary, our guide from Cong to the end as she was in our trip to the south in 2017, was attentive and thorough in every way, and helped two of our group look for graves of ancestors. Thank you for bringing Mary back to us for this excursion.

We just returned from an 11 day trip around Ireland and Northern Ireland with 3 other couples, via Ireland Chauffeur Travel, and it was by far one of the best experiences of our lives. We worked with Sam to do all the pre planning, and the hotel accommodations he booked for us were all beautiful, clean and comfortable, with great breakfasts included each day. The vans were also comfortable, with plenty of room for the 8 of us and all our luggage. Because of the duration of our trip, we ended up having two different drivers. Our first driver, Kieran, became more of a friend along the way, took us to several hidden gems, and did an excellent job sharing his knowledge of each area, and helping our group decide on options each day. Our second driver, Martin, was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and his dinner recommendations were always spot on! If you are trying to decide between hiring a driver or driving on your own, hands down and without question, go with Ireland Chauffeur Travel!

Incredible experience!
This was our first time visiting Ireland and definitely won't be our last! When my boyfriend and I first started planning our trip, we didn't know where to begin. We found Ireland Chauffeur Travel and immediately was put in touch with Sam who was very helpful, informative, and quick to respond throughout the entire process. When we met our driver, Mike S. - we had no idea what to expect and truly couldn't have asked for someone more kind and knowledgeable! Mike took us to some of the popular places in Southern Ireland but also brought us to his favorite hidden spots which we would have never found on our own. As this was our first time with a driver guide, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only are you able to spend your time soaking in all the sites, but you are learning so much more than if you were to just explore the country on your own. Wonderful Experience!
We were so happy we chose Ireland Chauffeur Travel for our first trip to Ireland. Alison was a great help getting our trip planned and was always very responsive to my many questions. Not having to worry about any logistics made our trip so much more enjoyable. We could concentrate on the beautiful scenery, rather than worrying about driving and navigating. Tom, our driver, was an absolute pleasure to spend our days with and showed us such friendship, intelligence, guidance and professionalism. He took us to many sights off the beaten path that we would have never seen had we been on our own and had so much knowledge to share with us. We just ended an eight day tour with Colin, our driver and tour guide. I can't say enough positive things about both Colin and Ireland Chauffeur Travel. Everything was first class, from the accommodations to the luxury Mercedes Sprinter we traveled in. Alison and Ellen helped plan a fabulous itinerary and Colin made sure we saw and did anything we wanted. He even managed to find the site of the church where one of our friend's grandparents got married. We told him we would like to see sheep herding and the next day it was the first thing we did.

The whole team at Ireland Chauffeur Travel was fantastic! We were a family of five traveling together - mom, dad, son, daughter-in-law and infant granddaughter. From the initial booking, Sarah Last did a wonderful job designing a trip that would meet our needs. She was extremely responsive to our many emails/requests. Our driver guide, Mike Stritch, was great! He was considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered every question we threw at him (and there were many) and offered memorable additions to our tour (such as a sheep herding demonstration) so we could make the most of our Ireland experience. We would highly recommend Ireland Chauffeur Travel to anyone considering a travel agency for their next trip to Ireland. They’re wonderful!
Our AWESOME driver, Michael Buckley, was a perfect match and quickly became part of our family! Always prompt and professional, Michael picked us up at 10 AM each day in a Mercedes van and dropped us off at our hotel about 6PM each evening (sometimes a little later). During the day, he flawlessly handled our itinerary, as well as managing events that required tickets and reservations. We had to switch one day’s events entirely with another due to an illness and Michael handled that perfectly without a hitch. Michael added many interesting places to our itinerary and was always a wealth of Irish knowledge and lore, He even brought us to a quaint Gastropub in Tipperary for lunch on our last day where we were treated like royalty! In the end, we got to do everything we had hoped to and much, much more thanks to Michael (don’t forget to ask Michael to sing “40 Shades of Green” by Johnny Cash!). After Michael dropped us off at our hotel on the last day, all four of us felt sad, as though we were saying goodbye to one of our Family. Michael, thank you so much for making our vacation so wonderful and memorable!

The MOST accommodating, friendly, supportive, helpful people ever to arrange our trip! Somehow, they got all of our requests fit into our agenda even adding last minute stops requested. Sarah was so kind and helpful. Bob, our driver, was easygoing, helpful, and accommodating. we hope to go back to Northern Ireland, or maybe an agriculture intensive tour, and would only use Sarah and Bob!

I will start by saying we had the trip of a LIFETIME with Ireland Chauffeur Travel. My husband and I decided in July to book a trip to Ireland for August (4 weeks before our travel date) with our two young children, and we never could have done this without Ireland Chauffeur Travel, Alma, and all of their incredible staff and experience. Our itinerary was spot-on and we loved their recommendations for places to see and hotels to stay in. Possibly the BEST part of our trip was Toby, our driver/friend, who went above and beyond to make my family and I content during all moments of our stay.

Definitely hire a driver to see Ireland. Mike was our driver was absolutely the best! He was so knowledgeable about the history and sights it gave us a much richer experience than we would have had following a map. Many times he pulled into places that we wouldn’t have known about that were absolute gems. Another benefit was that because we were on our own schedule, we got to linger in the places we loved and leave early from the places that didn’t interest us.
I can’t recommend this trip enough.
We have been home exactly one week and as we reflect on our time in Ireland, we realize all the planning that went into having a stress-free, wonderful vacation. Ireland Chauffeur Travels far exceeded our expectations. Alison matched the driver to our interests and family. The mix of sightseeing, history, hiking, entertainment, shopping, and dining was perfect. Our driver, Podge, became a great friend. He listened to all of us and our interests. He was awesome dealing with teenagers to seniors. He always found a little something extra each day to surprise us. He helped make this trip unforgettable, from the providing of pens to sign the Peace Wall in Belfast, to that special beach outside of Kinsale.
